Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Tomas has a deep understanding of the migration experience. He arrived in Melbourne in 2002 and has since built a decade-long career in the migration industry, including two years as a practicing lawyer. 

Tomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP), and a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practice. His expertise lies in navigating complex immigration processes, ensuring clients receive clear, strategic guidance tailored to their needs. 

Passionate about immigration, Tomas finds fulfilment in helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals by creating pathways to new opportunities and experiences. His ability to simplify legal intricacies and provide practical solutions makes him a trusted advisor in the field. 

Outside of work, Tomas enjoys reading—particularly non-fiction, loves following football – which he will not call soccer (rightfully so), and spending quality time with his family. Fluent in Spanish and English, he is able to support a diverse range of clients with confidence and clarity.
