Chamodya was born in Sri Lanka and relocated to Australia in 2023. She holds a Master of Business Management with a major in Marketing from Central Queensland University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management. Her academic background and cross-cultural experience have shaped a global perspective that informs her approach to marketing and communication.

As both a migrant and a marketing professional, Chamodya is passionate about connecting people with opportunity and ensuring individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. Working in the immigration sector allows her to align purpose with profession by developing meaningful communications that reflect the aspirations and journeys of those building new lives in Australia.

Outside of work, Chamodya finds joy in dancing, watching movies, and exploring new cuisines. She also has a love for gardening, which provides a quiet, creative space where she can unwind and find balance.
