Daina joined Absolute Immigration in 2017 overseeing Human Resources, Office Management and being the Executive Assistant to founder, Jamie Lingham. Given the significant company growth, Daina leads our Human Resources division and somehow finds time to also be Jamie’s EA!

After completing a Bachelor of Commerce, Daina spent 10 years in HR and Operations roles where she was integral at driving growth and leading teams to success.

Daina’s superhuman organisation skills and energy keeps the business (and Jamie) running smoothly and ensures our team grows and develops to keep pace with our client needs.

Unfortunately for Daina, her superhuman organisational skills aren’t contagious, having accidentally been swapped at birth and lucky to be swapped back!
